Please read carefully the following instructions before reserving your tickets.
Ticket Instructions
1. Please note that 8 TICKETS IS THE LIMIT for an individual or family to reserve. In fairness for all, we reserve the right to delete reservations of more than 8 tickets by an individual or email address.
2. Also note that all persons age 2 and older must have their own ticket. This includes children in strollers and persons in wheelchairs.
3. For groups of 9 or more make a request by email at groupfollowthestar19@gmail.com.
Give at least two dates and list an approximate preferred time.
4. To reserve 1 to 8 tickets click on the preferred date below. The button will activate a new page that will provide more directions and event information. If you discover that there are no available tickets for the night and/or time your prefer, click on the back arrow of your browser to return to this page so you may choose another date.
SOME TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR:
Please note that in addition to these online tickets, some tickets will be available at the door each evening beginning one-half hour before the first tours begin on a first-come basis until capacity is reached for that evening’s performance. So, even if the evening appears to be “sold out” on this web site, more tickets are available for walk-ins at the door. But, arrive early as the line at the door often forms early. Also please note, when getting tickets at the door all persons must be present to receive tickets.
CHECK IN 30 MINUTES AHEAD OF TICKET TIME:
Please note that all ticket holders must check in at the auditorium at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for your tour. Not checking in 30 minutes in advance may void your ticket.
RELEASE EXTRA TICKETS
If you find you will not be using some tickets you reserved, click here to release them for someone else to use. Due to the popularity of Follow the Star we often must turn people away. Tickets you reserve but do not use and do not return may keep someone else from enjoying Follow the Star.
